Refund and Cancellation Policy
We stand behind our level of service and your satisfaction with us is very important. However, because we do not offer a physical product, once services are rendered, we CAN NOT extend any refunds or cancellations.
Our refund and cancellation policy lasts 30 days ONLY IF no services have been rendered from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase AND we have not rendered you any services we can’t offer you a full refund*.
*If you have spoken to a representative of the company(proof is required) and have arranged a delay(past 30 days) in start of services, then the refund and cancellation policy will NOT apply.
Once services are rendered, at NO point will you be eligible for a refund.
To complete your cancellation, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your cancellation has been approved(as outlined in our policy), we will send you an email to notify you of this approval.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days depending on your financial institution.
If you haven’t received a refund after the allotted timeframe, first check your bank account then contact your financial institution as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
