Refund Policy

We prioritize the quality of our service, and your satisfaction is paramount to us. However, as our services do not involve physical products, we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations once services have been rendered or access has been granted to company material (ie. courses, etc).

Our refund and cancellation policy is applicable for 30 days only if you have not been contacted by any company representatives via phone, text message, mail, or email from the date of purchase OR given access to company material. Beyond this period, and if services have not commenced or access has not been given, a full refund may be granted.

Exceptions to this policy may apply if arrangements have been made with a company representative for a delayed start of services, documented proof of which is required.

Once services have been rendered and/or access has been granted to company material, refunds are not eligible at any point.

To initiate a cancellation, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Upon approval of your cancellation request, as per our policy, you will receive an email notification.

Approved refunds will be processed, and the credited amount will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days, subject to your financial institution’s processing time.

If you haven’t received your refund within the specified timeframe, we recommend checking your bank account first and then contacting your financial institution if necessary.
